SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Retail Returns Policy

New and unopened items (without signs of being touched or used) may be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt. The client is responsible for the following costs: return shipping + 10% handling & restocking fee. Items received that are defective or were shipped incorrectly, must be reported to The Organic Cosmetics Bakery (TOCB) within 24hours of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned due to our error, TOCB will pay for the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks upon receipt of delivery or the returning package.

If you need to return an item, you are required to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You may request a RAN via email at info@theorganiccosmeticsbakery.com. We ask you to provide photos of the product being returned to ensure it is qualified for a return. Upon approval of your return, we will notify you via e-mail of the return details. You may also call us at 647-580-7488 to inquire about your return.

Do not ship items without receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us. Items shipped without a RAN will be declined and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense

 

Products that are broken due to mishandling or carelessness, or that have been improperly stored causing it to overheat or freeze resulting in changes in texture or appearance,  are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the shipping options you choose and your geographical location. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Average shipping times range from 3-7 business days within Canada.

For cross-border shipments we do not guarantee your package(s) will arrive at their destination within the time specified on the shipping option you have selected, as these shipments are subject to customs clearance processes by the destination country.  

Note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
